Help Disaster Victims

The Philippines continues to be a victim of global climate change and resulting natural calamities.  Just days after the massive 7.2 earthquake hit Bohol and Cebu in Visayas, Philippines, the strongest super typhoon of the year 2013 hits Visayas, Philippines all over again.  Super Typhoon Yolanda (international name Typhoon Haiyan) went through Leyte, Samar, Cebu, and other neighboring provinces, finally exiting through Mindanao area.

Death toll from the terrilbe signal #4 typhoon Yolanda has reached close to 5,000 deaths.  Rescue operations continue, while the affected provinces continue to be cut off from the rest of the country and the world.  Communications, power, water, everything is still down.  Tacloban City bears the brunt of this calamity, with almost everything leveled to the ground.
